I don't know if it has not gone past their guarantee then I would pick up the phone and talk to someone there. They seem to be nice enough people there and if then say no they will more than likely try and give you some help as to what you need to do over the phone. It never hurts to ask questions, the answers may hurt some times but that is the chances. They do put arrival dates on tanks I have noticed so if you want to be more prudent as to what you are buying ask questions before buying. Try to buy fish that have been in the store for a while as they have had more time to get over the stress of the transporting them there in the first place.
