It is usually possible. Ocellaris are pretty easy. I would suggest you buy the biggest clown you can find, so that there is a significant size difference. The biggest one will become a female (or may be already), where the smaller one will remain male. I suggest buying a bigger one because the new one will get picked on, and this will be hugely intensified if the new is also smaller. It may take several weeks or even months for them to bond and pair up.
