Well it doesn't run constantly at the same speed, it still pulses but it doesn't shut off completely between pulses. So it makes a very weak wave.

The pulse should be variable, that is the whole premise of the Wavebox.

Thanks for the reply golfnut. I do realize how the waves are generated, I just want to know does yours shut completely off between pulses? I think my pump is screwed.

I have the wavebox nano, and yes the impeller stops completely between bursts.
