It is a two part epoxy that once it is mixed up you pour it on and spread it out with a brush. While it is still wet you run a torch over it to help get the bubbles out of it. Once dry it provides a think protective covering that is a couple of mil thick. Anyone is interested I will supply a pic of the box and the supplier.

Two 150 w 14k mh

and 4 22k T5's

The MH and 2 of the T5s need replacing soon. I am thinking of using pure atinics for the the T5s and will stick with the 14k MH
