Either green or brown paly "button polyps". they grow very fast when feed.

I wouldn't feed them anything, they should just catch what ever food your fish miss. if you feed them directly be prepared to try and thin them out frequently down the road. if you end up keeping corals they can be a little bit of a pest

well i dont have any fish in and im cycling the tank right now, if it does make it through, should i feed it? i have no coral...also found a hitch hiking crab n a few worms...
