Me to, it will be a challenge to move from the shop to the house in one piece as I hope to do. I don't want to have to take the bulkheads out to pull the tank off the stand so it will take at least 6 of us to move it in.

Well I have found a new pump for my closed loop with the help of a cool cat in Regina, lockrookie.
Finished wiring in light timer's today before my cold got the better of me. Just about done now.

New pump is now here for the closed loop today and have it almost plumbed in. Longer cords added to 2 set's of my light's so they reach the timer panel which is 95% complete. Will be finishing up everything tomorrow night and do a water test on the closed loop.
Will add pic's tomorrow.

The wife told me I have to do this the right way this time, so I hope I am in the ballpark of doing it the right way. And if I am a little off she will never know the difference.

Also, ensure that on the input side of the new pump it should be similar...valve, then union, then pump. You need to be able to remove the pump and OM4way completely from the system for maintenance. The way you currently have it plumbed you won't be able to do that once it is full of water.

So you've changed the orientation of the plumbing since the pictures? Otherwise only one of the outputs on the 4 way is set up right. IE union between the valve and 4-way. The way it is in the picture... you'll shut the valve > open the union > watch your tank empty.
