Depending on the ISP they do not want you running live video streams as it can be a big bandwidth resource. For example for every 3 minutes someone is connected to my site they will download about 3.129803 meg of data
I normally do not have it going all the time.. or I password protect it for myself and a few people Since I put it back online (Oct 19th I have had 158 people hit the live web cam) the total is 600meg of transfer, and the camera is only on when the lights are on.. Jim
