Tell you what grizz, I know how you feel! Ive been in that very LFS just long enough to turn around to walk out. I have no idea how you can run a shop like that. We have a LFS in RMH that is not alot better. It may be cleaner but not run any better. I know between myself and local friends in the hobby they lost over 6000 smackers in the last year. All you can do is take the paycheque elsewhere. JL gets things here within 3-4 days.
