I am trying to construct a rock wall, wondering if anybody has any opinions on using plaster of paris to make this one.

I don't think Plaster of pairis hold up under saltwater, and may contain harmfull ingredients.

I'd go with Thorite which is a concrete product but has an instant cure time so is safe to use. Only thing is they don't call it Thorite anymore, so if you bear with me 5 minutes I have to go look up what it's called now.
