Could very well be a vent issue. Stuck eggs is common problem in parakeets (yes, a previous life of mine) and is often fatal. If it were a FW fish you could probably put her in a epsom salt bath, but I'm not sure what you can do in SW.

I think in SW you just put them in FW wouldn't you? I can't remember the rule on that one.

FW dip then in QT with Melifix the melifix will help to heal the wound. hypersilinity would help. Take the QT down to 1.020 for now with the melifix, but you have to get her out of there use a bottle trap. Just do a surch for bottle trap on here there is a few threads on them.
