Default first dKh and Ca tests
hey,
i just picked up a dKh and Ca test kit and got 120(dkh) and 400(Ca)
Are those good numbers?

Ca is is good, think you might want to recheck the alk (ppm maybe).

ya it was 120 ppm. sorry. just wrote dkh there to indicate what i was testing. that a good number?

120 ppm is on the low side for Alkalinity in the link I gave

You want your DKH in the 140 - 200 ppm range
