![]() sorry to be a bit of a downer, but haven't hermits been doing this for ages? not really a revolutionary behaviour for invertibrates... just a first for an octopus..?

![]() But hermits just plunk them on their butts as they stand. The octopus is actively carrying it back to whereever it wants to set up house and then has to go look for another one and bring it back to home base as well.
