If you read the posting, you'll see that those bulbs have slight damage and are sold as is for 20$.
I do not have those bulbs anymore, but for a few reserved for aquariumpros.ca and aquaria.ca members. This listing is for the bulbs similar to the ones sold on ebay. There are bulbs with no damage.
