Just a little update. Someone came by and picked up most of my live rock in the 40 gallon frag tank today, so I was forced to get the stuck rock out.
It wasn't as bad as I thought. I just incorporated a water change into it. I drained the frag tank. Cut the plumbing and added a union. Shifted the empty tank enough to get the large rocks out, then did my water change. My standard water change is 75 gallons, so it wasn't too big of a deal. Now I get my "clean" frag tank. Yay.
