Finally isolated my Mantis shrimp....what diet is best?

Fed him some raw shrimp last night and he destroyed it in seconds. Is a smasher. Is this the usual food for it or should I mix in some brine shimp or mysis as well?

And how often should it be fed....is about 2.5 " in length.
