It says your tank is 5 days old. Is that 5 days after the cycle or 5 days total?

The tank has been up for about a week and has established live sand/ rock from my tank. That being said flucker has been told 100 times now to slow down on the livestock, perhaps a few people from Canreef could explain to him the reason behind this ?
