Good Deal ?

The following has just been posted in a local classified add and I was wondering if anybody can tell me if the following is a good deal...

2 400w MH ballasts, spider reflectors and ceramic sockets, including two 20K
Radiums , (2 months old) and two 6500K Iwasaki (only 2-3 months left in each
bulb) $300 obo (ballasts alone are worth that!)

1 AquaC Remora hang-on skimmer with bubble trap/pre-filter. Excellent
skimmer still in excellent condition (coraline growth which I can easily
clean off if wanted) $250 firm. This skimmer
is about 1 year old.
