I really dont think the 10000k bulbs over the clam tank do the clams any justice....way to yellow in my opinion. I had been eye-balling this clam and another one for about a month now, thinking "you know...these ones look like they have potential". The other clam sold yesterday so I figured I had better take it before someone else noticed the potential. Had a little trouble finding enough floor space for it, but I got out the old shoehorn and got it in there.

It has grown about 1" down around the perimeter of the base it came on...like a lampshade.

The first pics was taken 2008:09:29 and the last pic was taken 2009:05:20 The frag was just starting to roll over the lip of the plug it is on, when I got it. For quite alot of that time, I wasnt testing much and dosing even less Also montis in general for some reason seem to take forever to settle in, in my tank?(perhaps due to the previous comment about dosing and testing)
