They are cheap alright. I would want to know where thay are manufactured and if they carry a Canadian electrical certification. You would hate to burn your house down because of a cheap light.

I have a bunch of friends that have them at work, no fires, no excessive heat etc. They are cheap fixtures w/cheap bulbs, cheap reflectors etc. I wouldn't be concerned with fires, but don't have high expectations for light.
