Alright well I said I would get a pic of them together... it took about 3 weeks, but here it is. Kona is settling in very nicely and she now has naturally standing ears, which is a unique and sought-after trait in min pins so people don't have to clip their ears (which I never liked, but then again they do have docked tails). Alas...

Oh my goodness, I love your dogs!! We have two full sized Dobes in our family... love the minis though... I'll have to post a picture of ours!!

Lol, min pins are not miniature dobermans, they are terriers....

Yes, I am aware of that, although re-reading my post I can see how it would be confusing... They do look like little mini dobes though! So cute.

That is not very lady like! She looks very comfortable though. She is really pretty!

Thanks everyone! Yes she is turning into a real pretty little dog. Slowly she is loosing her wrinkly "puppy face". So we must enjoy it while it lasts.

Even though dobies and min pins are not "related" in the breed sense they are similar enough in shape to make it hard to love one and not the other! We originally wanted a doberman, but house and yard size dictated we get a smaller dog. But once we saw the min pins & "experienced" their temperment we knew that was the breed for us. I think I have to stop at 3 though.
