are you talking about that blue thing, by the green and red monti caps.?
if so its just a piece of expoxy, lol. .. still not sure, looked at the pic, 4times now.

okay, it's eating the epoxy then. LOOK....the green is the top of the mouth/bill, the red is the bottom...he's almost smiling..
