How do you re-size photos?

Nope, no XP here. Just 98' for the us special people. My computer really stinks it's ancient so bare with me. I had the money to buy a new one but then.. tank equipment, agh. Don't ya love this hobby?

I think I figured out a way to re-size them but I'm just waiting to talk to Christy about setting up the webpage and fixing our boo boo.

Em, I might have to get that program Steve has off you.
