So can anyone recommend where to buy this set up new? Unfortunetly can't find this unit used, kind of a downer.

To my knowledge, Golds, Red Coral, Elite and Wais all carry the TEK T5 fixtures.

You could check online through J&L but the shipping would end up costing you more than buying locally anyways.
