Nothing has changed here, I ship year round and always have. Shipping in the winter is ideal provided the weather forcast does not show snow. Cold temps for frags is much than warm temps. That being said, I use the best insulated shipping containers along with 48 hour heat packs.
Sometimes coordinating a shipment can be tricky as in the event it snows flights and ground couriers are often delayed.
