I've used Recharge Centre and been happy. You can also go to any fire extinguisher place, like Sprouse (I've used them before too, they're good) or any of the gas suppliers (BOC, Medigas, etc.). Think I've also used Medigas once too. Expect it to cost around $30 and take 2-3 days.
