If my rough calculations are even close to correct you'll probably get about 120% more head pressure ultimately meaning about 75% less flow. That's comparing 3/4" pipe to 1" pipe. But it really depends on your pipe network more than anything.
I would re-plumb to 1.25" pipe, that should give you even more flow than the 1".
