I have been a true believer of No Sick fish Ick medication. I've used it in my reef tank a few times now when introducing new fish and it has had no adverse effects on any of my reef dwellers, corals, etc. When I added my Naso it got ick pretty quick, but after 4 days of treatment it was gone and has not come back. Right now I've got a Achilles in QT (just picked it up) and put in the NSF ick medication as a preventative and so far no ick, and that tang is known to be one of the worse for getting ick when stressed)
