Good luck
 I tired to find one here on Vancouver Island and couldnt. I just cut that weird end off, and went to a hardware store and bought new male and female ends ( like for heavy duty extention cords). Attached one end to the light and one end to the ballast... presto new quick dissconects!

Have female end
I have a female end off a mh 250 watt ballast, both are flat prong and a round ground, if needed, contact, free. I do not need it as i am stripping the parts off to repair existing ballast.
