I was talking with my Dad about telus he used to get a $5.00 a month customer loyalty discount then sudenly they took it away with out telling him and then a month later they added a $5.00 a month long distance access fee ( I think that is what he called it) Go figure I guess they have to recover all the money they gave him in discounts
