![]() Thanks for the compliments guys
![]() So far I've just been doing the old turkey baster/water change method, sometimes it works sometimes not. The slime really seems to like a few pieces so those that aren't nailed down have been moved along to somewhere else, so far so good. I've been moving the powerheads around in case its due to *gasp* coral growth! ![]() I'm really hesitant to use the red slime remover at this point. I think I'll just fight the good fight a bit longer as I've had other algaes that were more dastardly than this one, so far I can handle it ![]()

![]() Looks good Christy!! I am battling red slime in my LPS and anemone tank.....mine is due to nitrates, yours most likely not...but I am using Tailored Aquatics Nitrate Destroyer on that tank, and am noticing a decline on the red slime (acutally a large noticeable difference quite quickly!)...just an idea.....it also took care of my red slime in my 150g when I was having nitrate issues there...don't know if it would work, but hey, it might!

![]() Yeah I was using the nitrate destroyer in my tank as well, nitrates were only about 5-10 though so not a major deal but I wanted to get them as low as possible before starting zeo.

![]() Some of the best tanks I have ever seen have battles this issue. When you get tired of battling it, do not fear using the red slim remover. SPS safe is used as noted on the bottle!!!
