The Ora Orchid Dottyback that I have also won't harm worms such as feather dusters or bristleworms in my tank. I bought one 7 months ago hoping that it would take care of my bristleworm problem but it won't touch any worms (I've since bought a Strawberry Dottyback to eat the worms in my tank and already my feather dusters no longer come out.)
