![]() Hmm, we've had over 20 viewings in the month of August but no offers. I think we priced our house right based on what the rest were actually seeling for, not what they were originally listed for. Hopefully now that everyone is back from holidays someone will be interested in our place.
On a good note, I thinks we're getting a pretty fair deal in Castlegar.

![]() The market has slowed down a lot in Edmonton, but I'm not sure about Calgary.
About 3 years ago when the market was just starting to heat up in Edmonton I couldn't sell my condo for the life of me. After 8 months I finally got a better Realtor who let me know that I was overpriced. The condo above mine sold for 91K and I originally had mine listed for (what I thought was reasonable) 89K. I was able to sell it (almost a year later after first listing it) for 73k ![]() ![]()
