I see them in classifieds all the time. Usually around $300-600. Check Kijiji or Craigslist.

If you're feeling cheap, head down to your local hardware/building supply store and ask for stucco wire and t-posts
.. stucco wire is heavy gauge, and comes in 48 or 54 inches tall.. and t-posts are those steel posts used with snow fencing
