I am picturing some sort of beer feed trough perhaps incorporated through a hat.

That is funny and correct - the problems came about when the guy put the non-empty beer down. So I guess the moral of the story is once you have opened a beer, you are committed until the liquid is gone.

great pic! I'm glad that his tank is ok. Although I admit the comment about the damsels with the beer goggles on getting frisky was pretty funny.
