Default marine hole in head question?

So after deciding that hole in head is what my yellow longnose that i purchased 3 months ago has ( hes been in QT the whole time) what is the best way to take care of this? Anyone with any experience with this? thanks

Better nutrition, better water quality.

Feed a wide variety of high quality foods including cyclopeeze, mysis, etc. etc. Soak your frozen food in Selcon. Try to get him going on nori. Use garlic as an appetite stimulant.
