Just putting it out there just incase anybody has a used one for sale locally before I go and buy one.

you can go to eecol electric and get them i had bought one for about 70 but i ended up buying the sylvania QTP4X54T5HO ballast cause it has soft start

Yeah I already knew I could get one brand new, but I thought I would just throw out an email to see if there was any used ones for sale. Thanks for the heads up though
