Hi Greg

Your pictures are fantastic.

The majority of your pictures are from the top down. Could you post a picture of the camera box (c/w dimensions) that you are using and the general settings you use on your camera.

Thanks Tom. Top down IMO is often the best angle to shoot from. What I use is a clear acrylic box that I got from work that was built to display carbide grinding burrs.(long story) The dimensions are roughly 9 x 8 x 4.
Here is what it looks like.

This A. batunai has become one of my faves, quite subtle & delicate with a unique growth pattern.

Christy that piece has some real sentimental value for me, the original "wild colony" went RTN and I was only able to save about a 1/4" nub which has taken about 2 years to grow back into what you see in the picture. Several times it would start to grow ok and then get knocked into something and it had to start all over again. Anyway it's about 3" across now and is now almost as big as when I bought it but is nicer now.
