What type of flake food does everyone prefer?

I prefer to use NLS Optimum Flake.

I would stay away from fat loaded food (flakes)
use protein based food instead. (frozen) with garlic)

You know what they say right ?

An Apple a day keeps the doctor away, but a garlic a day will keep everybody away ! LOL !
