Default What is this hitchiker?

Ok, Got some life on my LR finally. This little critter, is about the size of a Dime. Looks like hes in a shell. Shell doesnt close. Looked for him this morning and he was gone, then an hr later, back. So, he can retract into that shell pretty far. There a little tenacle you can see on the left of the shell. It extends about 1/8" when hes feeding I think.
