I keep looking them over, hoping NOT to see ANY patches of white or anything weird! I worry because the larger one had a wound on her side when I first got her (him/her....whatever, it will be Her) that healed beautifully within 2 days of being in my QT tank - I think she had been bitten by a larger fish in the tank she was in at the LFS - and she was always very skinny but she's starting to fill out now. I've been feeding mysis and formula1 pellets with brine as a treat but next time I go to Town I'd like to pick up a frozen "more complete" formula. Any recommendations?

I have a hard time getting my fish to take formula 1. I personally try to change up what I feed every second day and every 2 weeks I add this to my food.

I use selcon every time when QT ing. It seems to work for me.

Try adding frozen cyclopeze to the mix. Mine love it. I have been feeding mine Formula 1, mysis for almost a year. I added frozen cyclopeze to the mix about 6 months ago & they started spawning soon after. They are very healthy and spawn every few weeks. They also get bits of squid and prawn when I feed their host & the female eats nori from time to time. The only change I plan to make is to go from Formula 1 to New Life Spectrum.

my True perks like the new life spectrum 1mm pellets quite abit. so does my rusty angel and chromis, my jawfishwill occasionally eat one. my tobbacco bass however wont touch them, im thinking of trying the finiky fish version. my hermits and shrimp really like it aswell.

i use the cyclopeese 2 times a week for my coral, but if i put a frozen chunk in the clowns do eat it quite fast.

i tried the marine mixed formula but I didnt like it because none of the fish would touch the plankton but otherwise good product.

Your tank looks great! Is the purple stuff in the upper left a type of algae? I cant keep anything in my tank like that because my tang eats any that looks nice.
