Running fine without the Seio for 2 days now. I guess there's something about the Seio or just the way I had it mounted that doesn't work. What's weird though is that I had mounted it the same way niloc16 and Superfudge have their Tunzes mounted, ie. just a PVC cap that's drilled to accomodate the pump, over the output pipe.

But I notice that the pipe output looks metric, ie. the O.D. looks like 30mm where with 1" proper the O.D. is (I think 1-1/4", which is 32mm). Maybe I need to go find a metric PVC supplier and see how that goes instead.

Colin, you just used a 1" PVC cap or did you use something else? I had to wrap a copious amount of teflon over the pipe before the 1" cap fit snug. I thought this would be OK but apparently not ...
