![]() My first batch had a water like consistency. There are no chunks the acrylic dissolves in the acetone. My second batch I wanted thicker so I used less acetone. It had the consistency of a paste. To apply I used about a 5 cc syringe with a sixteen gauge needle. Once the acetone evaporates the acrylic hardens back to plastic and your done. It only takes a couple minutes to harden.

![]() This place is great. I got some weld-on from them last week and they were open until 5:30 so it gave me some time to get up there. I spent some time and talk to one of the guys who worked there because they do custom one-off designs too! I just got my 75g reef tank up and running but I think I'll be going back to these guys to design my new sump in a couple months.
