what is that loc line hooked up to? a closed loop or is it a return? do you have a method of stoping a siphon on it in case of a power outage?

It is a all in one tank the display and the sump are at the same level so when the pump stops working they just level off. I hope that explains it alright

oh hahahah that makes more sence sorry i was'nt paying attention to the all in one aspect of your tank. nice setup it looks very clean!
