Are you running carbon? Maybe with all the different species of coral,you are getting a build up of toxins for the chemical warfare.Could be why some are doing well,but others are losing the fight.

That's about all I can figure.

As for carbon, just put in some last weekend. Planning on using about 2 cups, keeping it in for about 2 weeks before changing. System volume is ~180-190g.
