Vancouver rush hour traffic question

A question for people who live in Richmond or Vancouver.

How long does it take to drive from Vancouver airport to downtown Vancouver around 7:30 AM on a Friday?

I have done the drive lots but never in morning rush hour.

I would give yourself about a hour to make that drive. It will probably take you about 35 to 45 mins though.
