I saw a boat like that once. Well, it wasn't a boat so much as it was a land based vehicular transport that was made by a adventurous fellow who also ended up saving the president of the United States who then went on to form the Secret Service. True story. He had a friend who dressed really well and could hum these really catchy tunes.
