Visiting Winnipeg, fish shops?

Never been, but if I did visit Winnipeg I'd want to check out Saltwaterconnection.com. If you do go, tell Jayson to update his website (it's been since 1999, seriously, sheesh).

There are a few stores -
Retail:
Saltwater Connection on Henderson Highway
Fish Gallery on Main Street
Bird Shop across the street from Main Street

a few other Petceteras and smaller stores in the south end of town.

Prairie Reef Supplies isn't a typical store with many stocked items, but is worth a visit to have a chat with him and see his setup.

I do every time I'm there.

When you go, just keep in mind that both Fish Gallery and Saltwater Connection are both closed on Mondays.

Thanks everyone, I will go on Tues when I am not toting my niece and nephew around. The niece is anaphylatic to all fish, can only look but not TOUCH. Safer if I go on my own.! R
