You also may want to check out your local cabinet maker. Any cabinet maker that will build custom can build a stand.

I'm using a steel stand and having my cabinet maker make a false front to match the rest of the cabinets in the house.

I had a cap and stand built by a guy that does stuff for Hidden Reef....it is beautiful, and I believe he will build to suit with fancier trims etc....
