Not sure about the kids but my wife was having that thought when playing with them.

We had to take ours away this year....dog always made a detour to the pool before coming in the house, no matter what time of day or night !!

Yes, I notice that also.

For what ever reason of amusement, the little guy likes to stick his snout under the water and blow bubbles. Its our 3rd. weiner dog and I never seen one that likes the water before this one.
