Hey Mik the Rock work looks great. Lots of good holes and caves.

It really isn't a time thing with cycling the tank. it a chemistry thing. Since you've added more rock your cycle will have started again. All be it smaller as it came from an established tank.
first you MUST wait until your ammonia is zero and your Nitrites are also ZERO. Then you can perform a water change to bring your Nitrates down. some time after this you will begin to get really bad brown algae outbreak and every attempt to get rid of it will fail. This Brown algae cycle takes between 2 weeks and a lot longer. During this you can get a clean up crew and fish but you need to go slow. One day when your just about to end it all because of the brown algae you will wake up look at the tank and it will have disappeared.
That is truly when your tank is "Cycled"
